- Visitors can cancel free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival.
- The visitor will be charged 50% of the total price if he/she cancels within 21 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations less than 3 days until the same day, the visitor will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
- If the visitor does not appear, the total price will be charged.
- The visitor must pay 50% of the total price within 21 days prior to arrival.
- The hotel reserves the right to collect a prepayment by credit card or by bank transfer to a bank account by the visitor at any time after the reservation has been made.
